Cozy Drop is an all day breakfast cafe in Parkland, Florida. Catering orders are prepared and charged by the cafe listed below, which is also where pickup orders are collected.

Orders need at least 24 hours of notice before the delivery or pickup time. Prices are in US dollars and shown before payment, together with any delivery fee and minimum for your area. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you place the order, securely through Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Catering is prepared to order, so we buy and prep for your event ahead of time. To cancel or change an order, call us at (754) 529-8486 with your order number:

• More than 24 hours before your delivery or pickup time: full refund, or change the order at no charge.
• Less than 24 hours before: we may have already started preparing. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but a refund is not guaranteed.
• Not picked up or nobody available to receive a delivery: the order is not refundable.

If something is wrong with your order — a missing item, food that arrived damaged, a mistake on our side — call us the same day and we will replace the item or refund it. Refunds go back to the original card and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Delivery is available in the area around the cafe, checked by ZIP code before you pay. The delivery fee and any order minimum are shown before checkout. If we cannot deliver to your address, pickup at the cafe is always available. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.

Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, fish and shellfish. Tell us about any allergy in the order notes and we will pass it to the kitchen, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
